We took the first step into the sector with Jotun Boya in 2009 and established Fuyapı in 2014 and built our first project on an area of 150 m2 in 2017. We started our 17,000 m2 project in 2019, and today we are happy to deliver our completed residences on a total area of 103,000 m2 to the homeowners. We continue our projects without slowing down with the momentum we have gained in a short period of four years.

We are currently continuing our villa and luxury housing projects in Kuşadası at full speed. Our Green Concept villa project, located at the foot of the Samson Mountains, is the choice of those who seek peace and tranquility, with its nature-friendly features adjacent to the green, as well as being away from the noise of the city. Our Idealife luxury housing project is located in the center and provides transportation comfort, allowing you to step into a privileged life with its own garden areas and modern architecture. Our Citylife project, the foundations of which we laid as of December, meets all needs while keeping up with the dynamics of real city life with its mixed structure consisting of villas, flats and commercial areas. We started deliveries in our Green Concept project. Our production continues at full speed in our Idealife and Citylife projects, with delivery on December 31st.

Fuyapı A.Ş. Our principle of "Creating a living space, not a building!", which has been our motto for years, gives us the success of being a preferred and recommended brand. We are very pleased with the interest shown in our residences by our guests from both home and abroad. We will continue our activities, which we started in Kuşadası, by increasing our service level day by day, with innovations and changes, by carrying out similar projects in Bodrum, Çeşme and Antalya.

In our projects that we started in an area of 150 m2, we reached an area of 103,000 m2 in a very short time. As one of our projects progresses with the idea of "Starting is half the finish", we add a new one. This means continuity for us. Our goal in the coming period is to operate in different regions and create peaceful living spaces for everyone in a total area of 1 million m2. In this direction, we continue our work without slowing down with our entire team.

Although all of them are in Kuşadası, we built 400 independent sections on an area of 17,000 m2 in 2019 and a total area of 103,000 m2 today. Generally speaking, although Turkey's annual housing need is around 900 thousand, an average of 600 thousand houses have been produced in recent years. Based on this, we can say that low production is the biggest factor increasing housing prices. Considering the real estate need, we aim to further increase housing production and increase the investment volume in our country with 4,000 independent units, including in Kuşadası, Çeşme, Bodrum and Antalya regions, between 2025-2035.
