Inspiring Leadership and a Sustainable Future in a Transforming World

The LeadWorld Business and Economy Forum, organized in collaboration with the Turkish American Businessmen's Association (TABA-AmCham) and Strong Medya, addressed the changing dynamics of the business world and the new generation's understanding of leadership together with leading figures from the sector.

In the forum's opening panel titled "Visionary Leadership and the New Generation Business World", it was emphasized that leadership is not only about managing the present, but about guiding transformation by correctly reading the future. During the panel, the concepts of sustainability, people-focused management, institutionalization and social contribution stood out as the fundamental elements of new-generation leadership.

In the panels held as part of the event;

• Sustainable construction, energy efficiency and new investment trends in real estate
  were addressed in a multidimensional manner.

Changing Investment Dynamics in Real Estate

Speaking at the panel titled "New Trends and Emerging Markets in the International Real Estate Sector", FUYAPI Chairman of the Board Özer ÜNSAL drew attention to the change in the investor profile following the pandemic. Noting that interest in Kuşadası has increased particularly among Turkish investors living in Europe, ÜNSAL stated that the foreign-currency-based income structure makes the region more attractive.

It was emphasized that in this new era, in which sustainable architecture, energy efficiency, nature-friendly living spaces and projects with high investment value come to the fore, FUYAPI continues to add value to the region with the projects it develops.
