We took our first step into the sector in 2009 with Jotun Paint, and by founding FUYAPI in 2014 we built our first project on a 150 m² area in 2017. In 2019 we started our 17,000 m² project, and today we enjoy the happiness of delivering to their owners the homes we have completed on a total area of 103,000 m². With the momentum we have gained in as short a time as four years, we continue our projects without slowing down.
Right now we are pursuing our villa and luxury housing projects in Kuşadası at full speed. Our Green Concept villa project, located at the foot of the Samson Mountains, has become the choice of those seeking peace and tranquility with its nature-friendly features adjacent to greenery as well as its distance from the noise of the city. Our Idealife luxury housing project, being centrally located, provides transportation comfort while allowing you to step into a privileged life with its private garden usage areas and modern architecture. Our Citylife project, whose foundations we laid in December, keeps pace with the dynamics of real city life with its mixed structure consisting of villas, apartments and commercial areas, while meeting all needs. We have started deliveries in our Green Concept project. In our Idealife and Citylife projects, our production continues at full speed so as to be delivered on 31 December.

We are very pleased with the interest that our guests, both from at home and abroad, show in our homes. By raising our level of service ever higher day by day, we will continue the activities we started in Kuşadası by carrying out exemplary projects in Bodrum, Çeşme and Antalya as well, through innovations and changes.
In the projects we started on a 150 m² area, we reached an area of 103,000 m² in a very short time. Proceeding with the thought that "To begin is half of finishing," we add a new project while one is still ongoing. This means continuity for us. In the coming period, our goal is to create peaceful living spaces for everyone on a total area of 1 million m² by operating in different regions as well. To this end, we continue our work without slowing down together with our entire team.
All in Kuşadası, we built 400 independent units on 17,000 m² in 2019 and on a total area of 103,000 m² today. Looking at the overall picture, although Turkey's annual housing need is around 900 thousand, an average of 600 thousand homes have been produced in recent years. Based on this, we can say that low production is the biggest factor increasing housing prices. Taking the need for real estate into account, between 2025 and 2035 we aim to further increase housing production with 4,000 independent units, including in the regions of Kuşadası, Çeşme, Bodrum and Antalya, and to expand the investment volume in our country.
