FUYAPI's founder Özer Ünsal was known to no one when, exactly 10 years ago, he set the goal, "We will be a construction company that is sought after by landowners rather than one that seeks out landowners." This was by no means an easy goal, nor was it a job to be done without building trust. But Özer Ünsal had set the goal once and for all, and together with his wife Funda Ünsal, who did not leave him alone even once on the road to this goal and took on the burden of the architectural and project side of the work, they advanced tirelessly and inspiring confidence.

NEW PROJECTS IN BODRUM, ANTALYA, İZMİR AND İSTANBUL

With the company they founded in 2014, prioritizing customer satisfaction, they built environmentally friendly, durable and luxurious residences in Kuşadası with modern architectural designs. The project they started on a 150-square-meter
area reached an area of 103 thousand square meters in a very short time, and the Ünsal family, by delivering a total of 400 independent homes, offered a peaceful living space to 400 families…
Now, going beyond the borders of Kuşadası, they will bring the new living spaces they will realize in Bodrum, Antalya, İzmir and İstanbul together with
their new owners. Yes, I was invited to the launch they held on Friday, March 1 to celebrate their 10th anniversary, to reward the colleagues with whom they had traveled together for 10 years, and to share their future goals. At this launch, we had the opportunity to meet with the leading figures of the business and academic
world. Together with friends we had long missed chatting with amid the intense hustle and bustle, we questioned not only the Turkish economy but all the developments taking place in the world and the realities causing these developments. But of course these will not be the subject of my article. I would like to convey the secret of FUYAPI, which has proven its success through its work, in his own words, from the speech Chairman of the Board Özer Ünsal gave on the award night: "When we set out as FUYAPI 10 years ago, we had set goals so great they could not even be imagined. But with determination, work discipline and, most importantly, the support of our valued employees and business partners, we approached these goals step by step. Today, here, we experience the pride of having a company that looks with hope upon a past and a future full of success. While taking pride in the successes we achieved in the past, I am full of excitement because we will continue on our way with even greater goals in the future. Over the past 10 years, FUYAPI has reached its goals despite the pandemic, the supply difficulties the pandemic created, global trade wars, embargoes and hot wars that took place.
Based on my observations, I would like to say that although the important factors in reaching the goal are
belief, determination and resolve, my personal conviction tells me that the secret of this work is the place the Ünsal family has earned in the hearts of its employees… FUYAPI's motto is 'Creating not a building but a living space'… Having entered not only the minds but also the hearts of their employees, Özer Ünsal and Funda Ünsal seem set to achieve even greater successes with this motto…
